OUR SERVICE POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Please give 48-hour advance notice for appointment cancellation. This is much appreciated by the stylists to have the opportunity to rebook lost appointments.

Appointments that require three or more hours will be required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. That money will be put towards future services but will be forfeited if canceled within 7 days prior to the appointment. This policy stands for rescheduling as well.
